Scientific Poster LaTeX Template (A0)
A conference poster is read from two metres away, so it needs a clear title, a key message, short blocks and one good figure. This free LaTeX poster template uses the tikzposter class on A0 portrait paper and gives you that structure ready to fill in: a title bar with authors and numbered affiliations, a key message, blocks in two columns, a TikZ figure, a results table, references and a contact block. Open it in Texmate, replace the example study with yours and compile the PDF in your browser.

What's included
- Title bar with authors and numbered affiliations
- A key message block, then two columns of blocks: motivation, methods, results and conclusions
- A figure drawn with TikZ (no image file needed) with axes and legend, plus a results table with booktabs
- A numbered equation, a small flow diagram and large, readable text for A0
- References and a contact and acknowledgements block
How to customize it
Edit the title, \author and \institute at the top of main.tex, and change the three HTML colours in \definecolorstyle to restyle the whole poster. For another look, try the options of \useblockstyle, \usetitlestyle and \usebackgroundstyle. For an A1 poster change a0paper to a1paper and 25pt to 20pt. Each columns environment splits the page, and \column{0.5} takes half of the width. To use an image, upload it and add \includegraphics inside a block.
